Store Policies

Scale Garage offers the following Returns Policy: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment. 

Items can only be returned if they were damaged during shipping. We will pay for the return shipping upon verification that the item was damaged during shipping once we receive the item back at our warehouse. At that point you can choose whether to receive a full refund including shipping or to substitute with another model. Store credit will not be given.
